Shayne and Alex’s engagement session at Glider Point in La Jolla is one for the books! They have such genuine energy and I truly enjoyed getting the chance to document this special time for them. We had some fun surprises along the way that made this even more memorable.

For their engagement session, we headed to Glider Point. I love a good blustery day for photos! I think that movement is so important because it brings dimension and life to your photos! The wind is my favorite way to achieve that. Shayne wore this beautiful copper dress that picked up that wind perfectly and it looked gorgeous against the ocean and sky.

Speaking of movement, we had a surprise photobomb by a local paraglider! They happened to glide down the cliff during our session and the best part is they came gliding back to give us their information so I could share the images with them. It took about 3 passes for us to exchange information as they glided through the sky, but it made for great photos for Shayne and Alex! I cant wait to work with them again for their wedding.
